The peaceful protest launched yesterday under the slogan “Enough! No More Fifth Rainy Season in Camps” continues for a second day today June 19, 2025.
Participants of the demonstration hold at Romana Square in Mekelle, voice their demands, calling for a dignified return based on the Pretoria Agreement.
The protest is expected to continue tomorrow as well, with demonstrators reiterating their plea: “No more spending a fifth rainy season in displacement camps!”
