Mass Memorial Service is taking place in May Berbeha vicinity in Asgede district of North Western Tigrai.
According to the sources from the district Eighty-Four innocent civilians were killed in May Berbeha by Fano, gunmen in the neighboring Amhara region, who grouped themselves as Meqdela and Walya .
The administration in the district also revealed that 81 women were raped .The administration also added that more than twenty five thousand cattle and forty thousand food products were looted by what it called invading forces.
The district stated it has confirmed the death of Eighty-nine civilians so far due to the ongoing blockade that resulted in lack of medical supplies and equipment.
