Mekelle, Jun 8, 2023 (Tigrai Television)- Tigrayan Refugees in Sudan rally to call for the implementation of the Pretoria Agreement and an immediate return to their homeland in Western Tigrai.

Thousands of refugees attended the demonstration on Wednesday, to express their distress over delay to return home 7 months into the Cessation of Hostilities Agreement signed between Ethiopian government and the TPLF.

Refugees in Sudan say they are facing dire situation due to lack of humanitarian assistance that aggravated following the civil war in Sudan.

Last week Tigrai Media House (TMH), reported that it’s been 40 days since the refugees in Sudan got the access to potable water.

Over 70,000 Tigrayans left to Sudan from Western Tigrai in early days of the war on Tigrai fleeing atrocities by Ethiopian forces and cronies.
