Mekelle, November 21, 2022 –Tigrai Television- Tigrai State Council says it supports the peace agreement and will work for its implementation.
In a statement this afternoon, the State Council calls on the international community and all concerned bodies to support the implementation of the peace deal signed in Pretoria on the November 2, 2022.
“The council calls upon all concerned bodies to fulfill their responsibilities in order to achieve the immediate implementation of the peace deal, to return Tigrian IDPs back to their homes, to ensure unfettered humanitarian assistance, to restore basic services, to stop atrocities being committed by Eritrean forces and to make sure the withdrawal of all invading forces” statement read.
Statement says Tigrai State Council has established new committees to support the ongoing peace talk.
